On December 3, 2024, the New York City Economic Development Corporation and NYC Health + Hospitals celebrated a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new flood protection system at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan in East Harlem. Members of the Gramercy Group team were honored to attend, having proudly contributed to this project as a subcontractor to Gilbane Building Company on behalf of NYCEDC.
